Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
1. Introduction
B Gilmore, LLC (we, our, or us) operates Paydirt (Service). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us:
- Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information.
- App Data: Information about the apps you create and configure within Paydirt.
- User Feedback: Voice submitted for transcription, raw text transcripts, questions and answers, optional user IDs, and metadata submitted through Paydirt forms.
- Usage Data: For public website pages, a page path, event type, source, and random anonymous session ID stored in sessionStorage. This measurement uses no analytics cookies and does not send query strings, referrers, form contents, or a persistent user identifier.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
- Process and transcribe voice feedback using AI
- Ask contextual follow-up questions and optionally generate summaries after the raw feedback
- Send notifications via Slack integrations you configure
- Communicate with you about the Service
- Measure aggregate public-page usage without cross-session tracking
4. Data Storage and Security
Feedback transcripts, response metadata, and account data are stored using Supabase. Data is encrypted in transit and protected using the security controls provided by our infrastructure vendors.
The Paydirt iOS SDK records voice to a protected temporary file, sends it for transcription, and deletes the local recording after transcription completes or fails. Paydirt does not intentionally store raw audio in its response database.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth: For authentication
- OpenAI: For voice transcription (Whisper)
- Anthropic: For AI-powered summaries
- Slack: For optional notifications
- Supabase: For data storage
6. Data Retention
New apps retain feedback for 365 days by default. App owners can configure retention in Settings, delete all app feedback, delete individual responses through the API, or delete an app and its associated data. Temporary raw audio is deleted after transcription. Slack messages already delivered are retained according to the connected workspace's settings.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete feedback or an app through the dashboard, or request account deletion
- Export your data
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
