About Paydirt
Understand the number and the reason behind it.
Paydirt is built for subscription teams that already know what happened in billing and need to learn why it happened. It connects trial and paid cancellation context from the app's existing RevenueCat, StoreKit, Superwall, or app-owned subscription flow with an open-ended voice or text conversation.
What Paydirt does
An iOS app presents Paydirt after a confirmed cancellation or at a deliberate feature-feedback placement. The conversation preserves every exact question and answer, can carry product, price, trial-or-paid period, expiration, and cancellation timestamp metadata, and sends one complete final message to the appropriate Slack channel. Authenticated agents can then read the same source feedback, compare periods, summarize churn themes, or produce a recurring read-only brief. The raw conversation remains the source of truth.
Paydirt does not replace RevenueCat, change entitlements, issue refunds, create retention offers, or modify an app because a customer said something. It observes confirmed state from the subscription system the app already trusts, adds qualitative research, and keeps every downstream agent operation read-only unless a developer explicitly asks to change their app.
For product teams
Separate trial churn from paid churn, see the product and price context behind a response, and follow changes in what customers actually say.
For developers and agents
Use documented SDK, API, OAuth, Slack, and MCP boundaries with durable submissions, stable errors, and machine-readable discovery.
Company and trust
Paydirt is operated in the United States by B Gilmore, LLC. Public SDK and MCP source, security practices, privacy terms, retention controls, and a direct support address are published so a developer or an agent can evaluate the product before connecting an app.
